I guess i put this one under abother blog or something...idk...i dont get it, cuz it says i have two blogs??? im ocnfused, but here goes the entry from a while ago.................
Hedda, Hedda, Hedda...what can I say about this lady? Well, to me she seems like a stuck-up little mooch. Anyhoo, I actually wanted to comment on what I thought Tesman was saying when he said Hedda was "gettig big" (my own interpretation of the quote). See, I had thoguht that she was pregnant at first, just like everyone else, but hen I thought...there has to be some other meaning, because thats just to easy to throw out there. I took it as Hedda was filling out because Tesman was "feeding her well" cuz I remember in earlier times, being "fatter" meant you were wealthier cuz u could afford more food......but now, I have fully adopted the fact the Hedda IS preggo since we discussed it in class and I notice now, that Hedda in fact, DOES avoid the whole subject as if she wish she werent. I do, however, still think she is a stuck-up mooch.

After the first act ONLY
Okay, well, after the first act, idk what to think about Hedda's seal with Lovborg (or however its spelled). It doesnt seem like she's in love with him, but i get skeptical when it comes to how Hedda was so interested in what Mrs.Elvsted had to say about the "other woman" in lovborg's life on page 241. When Mrs. Elvsted said the comment about how he touched onthe sibject and how he said that she had brought out a pistol on him, so he broke it off with her, Hedda seemed to get defensive by saying "That's nonsense! Nobdoy behaves that way around here." It make me think that Hedda was the one bringning out the pistol, especially since it seems normal for her to bring out pistols on Tesman and the judge.
